Negligence Liability in Caribbean Hospitality and Tourism

Accidents resulting in personal injury are relatively uncommon in the hospitality and tourism industry in Caribbean countries; however, they do unfortunately occur from time to time, and some knowledge of the relevant law and practice is useful for all players in the industry, including hoteliers, tour operators, transportation providers, employees and, or course, the visitors themselves.

This book focuses on those aspects of the law of negligence that are most relevant to hospitality and tourism in the Commonwealth Caribbean, featuring examples from local and overseas case law as an indispensable work of reference for all stakeholders in the industry, and their legal advisers.
