DELIVERY POLICY
FREE DELIVERY
On Campus: Free delivery is offered to patrons requesting delivery on the Oakesfield and Grosvernor’s Close Campuses between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. Delivery will be made within three hours of order confirmation. Patrons will be required to present an ID and sign a copy of the invoice to acknowledge receipt of the package.
Digital Products: Free delivery is offered for the purchase of access and textbook codes. Access codes will be delivered to the email address provided by patrons within twenty-four hours of the receipt of an order confirmation, not withstanding extenuating circumstances.
FREE IN-STORE PICKUP
Free in-store pick us is available for all online purchases. Items will be available for collection within three hours of the receipt of an order confirmation, not withstanding extenuating circumstances. As a courtesy, Bookstore representatives will place a call to the patron, indicating when the order is ready for collection. Patrons will be required to present an ID and sign a copy of the invoice to acknowledge receipt of the package.
GROUND DELIVERY
A flat rate of $7.50 will be applied to all deliveries made outside of the options above, on the island of New Providence. This includes deliveries made to the airport and/or vessel of choice. Patrons will be required to present an ID and sign a copy of the invoice to acknowledge receipt of the package.
FAMILY ISLAND DELIVERY
Deliveries will be made to the boat or airline of choice at a flat rate of $7.50 per order. In addition, clients will be responsible for the payment of charges imposed by the vessel or airline. In this instance, Bookstore representative will contact the client for a verbal agreement of charges, prior to the completion of the delivery. If necessary, a supplemental charge will be made on the credit or debit card indicated. The order will be updated with the necessary documentation indicating Proof of Delivery.
