Course Access Instructions

• An access code is a code that verifies purchase of a specific digital product such as course access. The access code might be included with a textbook purchase or purchased from a bookstore or other retailer. Each access code is valid only once and only for the specific product purchased. Often confused with course key.
• A Course Key is a unique code that identifies a course section. When a Learning Management System (LMS) is not used, instructors can distribute the course key to let students enroll in the correct section. Often confused with access code.
